We take on so many calls. We are on so much pressure we had our hours cut and we are making less money when the cost of living has went up. Our company says they care but they will not compensate us so we can live comfortably but they're always asking us what they can do better our answer is pay
Work at a different location
the pay isnt fair. You deliver parts and do the work, you should get compensated. Its not your fault as a driver, most the parts are wrong, it shouldn't come out your pay.

4 year employee. No raises, even though I've been asked to learn more,get certifications and do more for the company. No opportunities have been offered to move up the corporate ladder. I'm a loyal,honest long time,phenomenal, employee that shows up to work on time every day.
I've been there longer have more experience than others, and they will bring the new workers in at the same rate as an experience worker of almost 16 years
Higher base salary and more vacation time. This is stressful work, mental health days are required.

I feel undervalued because I do multiple positions, take care of multiple items as acting as a maintenance associate, IT associate, purchasing associate, supervisor, continuous improvement, engineering projects, networking issues, etc. and don't get paid enough for the dedication and knowledge.
Doing the jobs of three people but only getting paid for one.
We are underpaid and overworked; expected to do the job of three as one individual. There is only PTO, no additional Vacation or Sick time. And throughout the pandemic, they have only tried to hide any cases and threaten job loss for trying to follow CDC guidelines
Get some bonus when we are doing 110% above our jobs
I've put more time in, have been more dependable, reliable, and compliant then any other person I come in contact with in this company in my position and I get paid at least 10 to 15% less then some if not all of these people. That's why I feel undervalued. Closing the gap would be a start.
16 an hour to drive and do everyone elses job is laughable
Worked here for 2 years & last review was prefect, but still getting starting wages. There is no show of appreciation when you catch mistakes. Instead you are viewed as a trouble maker as now you have slowed down the process & less production for the day. They get mad and slam component carts around
