All of our prices gone up and all of our quality has gone down. Whoever is working in the locations are not doing their quality control jobs and we're sending junk out to people and we're not being able to keep repeat customers because Of the demanding queue and how important it must be
Management ignore good ideas turn you down
The nepotism and the employees that have been there for longer than 3 years have gotten so comfortable that they take advantage of this company at every turn and the district manager is turning a blind eye to it. You don't send the district manager to his own store to do an investigation
Do a clean sweep and fire everybody that's been there for more than one year and start over if you don't your company will probably end up closing in the Rockford location
Everyone is new because nobody wants to stay because of management so we are training new guys every couple weeks because people keep quiting

There's no professionalism in the sales team. They never go above and beyond unless there is a payout in it for them, or the customer is planning on shelling out a lot of money. Otherwise, expect to be treated like gum on the bottom of a shoe.
Late deliveries. Lots of wrong parts sent out. Dont pick up returns timely
Retrain and place accountability on management, leadership team and co-workers.
Inconsistent message to field sales & an attitude of not worrying about each customer because LKQ is so large, we will get more business.
Prices, customer satisfaction is not priority
