I get decent Healthcare packages
The base pay was fine but bonuses weren't given to those that deserved it.
Better bonus structure and possibly direct commission would be better suited to fostet thr competitive spirit.

As a female employee areas LL Flooring can improve is a better health care system for female employees and employ more females in this company and have more females in a Leadership position.
There is too much if corporate thinking something is working because they say so. The pay is too low in most cases so you have people working for you who will jump to a new job without hesitation. Be honest with your customers again
As an intelligent man, I do not believe any person over the age of 15 needs to be repeatedly instructed on how to mop a floor. Or being talked down to because I have hearing loss and cannot understand random shouting rather than talking directly or a written list.
Low pay lazy management and unfair working conditions
A larger share of the profits.
This company has truly become one of those places that blame the store teams for their poor decision choices. They have not had a consistent message in years
