It's horrible since I started working. I feel over worked and my manager does not compromise AT ALL for the work schedule, my days off are different or just days I didn't want but other people get their set days off for majority of the time.

My team is very supportive other than my MANAGER who is never supportive when it comes to setting up a fair schedule
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm not exactly sure. But the only positive is that the pay started at 20 an hour which is just very decent.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Setting up a set scheduled where everyone is happy or at the very least content. I am not content at all. All I have done is compromise for the job yet I get nothing in return
