I'm a bigger guy and I had told them what size uniform to order me well the management in place ordered the size below my actual size.and I am expected to deal with it. I deal with it by wearing clothes that actually cover my skin but I am frowned upon and met with ridicule everyday.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are laser focused on the end numbers and I feel their attention to detail is on point for the business but the lack in management employee relations will lead to many headaches for the company.
