Runs lean employee wise. If theres issues with management but store produces $$$ the issues will never get fixed no matter the evidence. Pay is good and benefits are actually good versus other retail operations.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hire more people per store. Right now if someone gets sick you're opening and closing.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Again hire more workers. Its pitiful how many issues there are because of the actual lack of workers.
