Unprofessional, toxic, Manager has no right to hold the position that she does with her treatment of employees. As an employee with disabilities not only is there no compromise but often talked down to or use of passive aggressive gestures to shut me up.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an intelligent man, I do not believe any person over the age of 15 needs to be repeatedly instructed on how to mop a floor. Or being talked down to because I have hearing loss and cannot understand random shouting rather than talking directly or a written list.
