Leadership overall the company for both a warehouse job and a store job is by far one of the worse companies I've work for. As a female employee there is not enough opportunities for a female employee to rise. LL Flooring has a lack in expanding others skills and knowledge.

Company culture need to improve by allowing employees share their feelings with leadership and and actually working trough those feeling to make the work environment healthier.

As a female employee areas LL Flooring can improve is a better health care system for female employees and employ more females in this company and have more females in a Leadership position.
