Making sure the contractor get paid on time an staying on top the the store managers
Helping other employees build skills and knowledge to promote them in other areas. Communication is something that is lacking in this company.
Honesty would be something i would like to see this company get back to. They partner with installation companies they try and sneak added charges in, while the company has asked us NOT to go over each line with our customers. Very unethical.

The base pay was fine but bonuses weren't given to those that deserved it.
Better bonus structure and possibly direct commission would be better suited to fostet thr competitive spirit.

As a female employee areas LL Flooring can improve is a better health care system for female employees and employ more females in this company and have more females in a Leadership position.
They need to show up first my store has more call outs than any other store and no one is held responsible
Be nice if they showed up for work everyday
No one has any idea what there doing always forgetting material
Communication and team effort to establish an easier and faster working environment.
My coworkers need to imrove on not sexually harrasing myslef and my boss.
They need to look inward and stop blaming the stores
Manager at the fort smith store need to be demoted
Company culture need to improve by allowing employees share their feelings with leadership and and actually working trough those feeling to make the work environment healthier.
Again hire more workers. Its pitiful how many issues there are because of the actual lack of workers.
Actually give us our vacation time
