I am very happy with my decision to join Lob. The company is the clear leader in a space with an enormous TAM.

Lob seems so promising on paper but is in reality the worst career decision you could make. The lack of direction, leadership experience, and general concern with employees futures and well being is more than evident in and and every interaction that occurs.

Overall happy with my experience. This is the only startup I've been a part of that has invested this much in HR and establishing a culture and it shows. Biggest con really is around the CEO, he clearly cares more about his other startup. Other leadership seems invested in us, which I appreciate.

Being surrounded by smart, respectful, driven people.
