Mr. Mimran has been an Owner of Joseph Mimran & Associates Inc. since September 2000. He co-founded The Monaco Group, Alfred Sung and Club Monaco Corp. in 1980. He served as Creative Director of Joe Fresh Brand at Loblaw Companies Limited until March 2015 and served as its Head of the Private-Label Apparel. Mr. Mimran served as the Chief Executive Officer of Club Monaco Corp. (alternate name, Club Monaco Inc.) from September 1985 to August 2000. He began his career in 1977. He launched Caban. He serves as the Chairman of Gibraltar & Company. Mr. Mimran serves as the Chair of the Fashion Design Council of Canada. He served as the Chairman of Royal Laser Corp. (formerly known as Crossfield Capital Corp.) from February 17, 2005 to April 10, 2016 and also served as its Director from February 17, 2005 to June 2009.
