    Yes. You can expect a "hair" test to qualify for employment. All interesting jobs will include a thorough background investigation performed by the DoD. If your job requires you to work for one of the 3 letter agencies (and some airforce contracts) you'll be required to take a counter-intelligence polygraph and possibly a full-scope polygraph.

    They do at entry !! But there needs to be random drug testing immediately
