Minimal raises, rare promotions, massive amount of red tape, politics and buracracy. Lip service paid to rewarding employees for excellent performance. Example: Other companies offer a bonus for recruitment of talented coworkers in the thousands of $, LM gives you a iTunes gift card and enters you into an IPad raffle. Laughable.

They leave because they are not appreciated and all they get is told they don’t do enough while the company wants to strip them of all their benefits
