Understanding how patient care works. Listening to staff's needs and providing actual solutions to those needs instead of placating them. Better organization.

Better hourly rate and work week structure
cell phone isn't paid for, PTO should be higher, need extended sick leave

Top notch people on the front lines.
Helpful and willingness to do extra for patient care.
My team is driven, collaborative, innovative, and helps each other succeed.
