I think as many responsibilities that we have we are not compensated fairly.

They are very engaging with the rest of the company and are very transparent.

Learning and being put on projects where we can learn and grow as an individual and professional.

Always willing to help. But i think alot of people like to turn around and tell managers about it causing trust issues

I enjoy the benefits. Would be nice to get a raise or promotion at some point but other than that everything is great!
