I've been very fortunate to have fostered good relationships that help drive my career path forward. This company has been good to me. I truly care about those whom I work with and I feel they in turn care back. The work is meaningful and it's making a difference in people's lives and businesses.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive working relationships fostered by getting together to seek solutions. Being able to pull people together and sharing your experience so you also help others grow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The openness shared by all. We truly enjoy working together and it's the team, challenges and solutions that drive the day to day wins and feeling of accomplishment.
What makes you most happy at work?
People interactions and getting to know our employees at the various sites. Understanding their challenges and helping to solve for those challenges is what drives me to do my best.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The open-door policy I have with each and every one of them to help solve for concerns or project direction. Everyone is down to earth and approachable. Logically is an excellent place to grow my career.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market conditions dictate otherwise and although there have been talks about correcting, there is little action. There is a potential plan, but it would be better to know outright what change is going to happen and when. People have left because of the approach 'we can pay you next year.'
