I have been with the organization for a long time. I enjoy the fast-paced nature and the ever-evolving industry. In general, I enjoy the challenges of my role and feel we are headed in a great direction. There is room for improvement in developing more cohesive goals across the organization.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many changes and expectations changing so rapidly. I am exhausted mentally most of the time. It also feels like certain departments are held to higher standards and expectations than others.
