I love the job I do!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are available, approachable, and open to hear thoughts and concerns.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that our team works really well together. We can reach out to anyone, just just our immediate coworkers, but other members in our department and everyone is friendly and happy to help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really like the WFH ability. This was a big selling point for me. I also appreciate the unlimited paid time off. While I don't take a lot of time off, it's nice to be able to leave for appointments without having to take sick time or vacation time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was hired a year ago and pay was a hot topic. I am currently working through my MBA and when I was hired I was told that pay was reevaluated this year. Inflation has been high & similar positions to mine are paying $10k-$15k more/year locally and I haven't had anyone mention pay to me since hired
