Chaotic and stressful. No clear vision, high turnover, profits over people.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Coworkers. Potential in the market. My customers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People want to help each other

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

plan, communicate, be transparent, treat our customers like valued partners not ATMs. Don't jack prices up mid-term plus a CPI you say is market based but never goes down when CPI goes down, say it's for raises to keep talent and then not give talent raises...

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Plan, test, vet, retest before changing things. STOP changing things because the deadline from Riverside is here and we'll just figure out all the kinks live on the team. You should understand you're own comp plan. Don't celebrate a high achiever and then make that high achievement the new benchmark

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

You tried to underpay me. The comp plan doesn't make sense. High achiever and then tat became the new benchmark. One Logically but the other side of the house makes more base and higher % per deal- what happens when core starts selling the same products you claim is why the other half gets paid more
