flexability to work late if you have appointment during the day
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Tools that do not work right Salesforce does not work well with others. If they get working correctly the stress level her would be great
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tools that are being developed don't work, and taking to long to fix, we are working way more than twice as hard and long. Work arounds that add multiple steps to do simple things. Can't say I make enough to deal with the added stress.
