I work with great people, feel I have some freedom and flexibility to manage my own time. Although, it is very fast paced with almost no downtime most days. Current leadership has vast experience in the field and that is translating nicely. Working at Logically has been a positive experience overall

Being able to do something I love, with great people and providing value to our customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is engaged, cares about the clients, cares about the employees and has a vision of creating something great!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very engaged and always willing to contribute. They are all good people that care about doing the right thing and providing a valued service to our customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We were presented with some serious challenges over the past couple years. The team is really coming together and addressing those challenges. The company is trending in the right direction as a whole.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was able to engage with leadership at some point to discuss compensation and we came to a mutual agreement on what compensation. So the best part about my comp package is that I was able to have that discussion and come to an agreement on it.
