I have many legitimate complaints about how things run here, however my own subjective experience of performing my duties is overall positive.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving hard problems. That's it. Pretty much everything else is boring.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct reports have some of the most refined technical minds in the industry. My peers are approachable folks who actually care about the results of their actions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable folks. My direct manager Keith is in the C-suite and has a technical background - I really appreciate that I don't have to dumb anything down for him.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best thing about my compensation package is that it comes in my country's currency, the US Dollar. This eliminates the need to convert it to another currency. I particularly enjoy receiving dollars and encourage the company to send me as many as is feasible.
