I have worked here for many years, and prior to last years changes at the company, I loved it here. Since we moved away from pods, it feels like the ship has slowly been sinking. I hope they money they saved was worth it!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The ability to easily reach out and get/offer help.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Clients need a care team that is a small group of people. When they consistently call us and get people they have never spoken to, who know nothing about their company, its understandably frustrating for them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focusing on the clients. Since we moved away from pods, I have noticed a consistent decline in customer satisfaction with Logically. This change may have helped the west coast, but it has seriously hurt the east coast. Also firing a ton of people right before Christmas with no warning wasnt cool
