Overall Logically is great. It stumbles at times, but the management team is superb. Health and compensation benefits are mediocre at best, but the Flex PTO policy helps make up for, or it does as long as the Flex PTO does not feel restricted by management, which so far it has not.

Both of my direct managers here have been the best of any job I have had.

Team is high quality, most members take ownership of issues and are willing to lend a hand if they have the time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Current culture attempts to respect your time well. With IT this can be hard at times, but the effort is made and noticeable.
