Most of my team wants to succeed and we operate as a team which is a huge advantage

Full transparency and timely communication. We have many challenges however we are kept apprised of them and have a chance to execute and change our direction.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our benefits are a bit expensive and the most disappointing thing is making employees wait 6 months to join the 401k. I was not aware of that at time of hire.
