Getting paid and achieving milestones with my projects.

We all contribute. We coordinate. We have a great core of high contributors as well as.direct manager.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate. Having a vision is important. How to get there? I have my own opinion about that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be brutally honest, it's below market if not it's at the bottom of the market. Plus no Cola because you got a promotion. The bump in pay for promotion is at a minimal. There is more to this than can be written in a small box of 300 character limit.
