Its been a good experience so far but i do feel a lot of things get rushed and implemented before being ready which can cause performance issues.

Getting work accomplished and not getting overloaded.

Everyone is very collaborative and always willing to help each other.

That we always want to do whats best for our clients.

They are always willing to listen and help with client facing issues
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the fact with PTO it is not a set amount of hours which allows for more time spent to recharge.
