Overall happy. I wish we got paid something for being on call even if I'm not called because there is an extra inconvenience from having alerts on my phone and waking me up. Vacation time is nearly always approved, so less of an issue, but frequently it's not approved until past the date.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO. Without that, it would be less competitive.

They communicate with us through a proper amount of routine meetings.

the vibe in chats and meetings is usually fairly light and positive.

Getting a resolution quickly for a user and them leaving good feedback. Getting positive feedback from a manager or coworker Infront of others.
