Current salary is not market competitive. Continually requested to take on more responsibility with no salary increase.
Due to the fact that almost all employees work remotely from home, it has been challenging to maintain a positive culture. Human Resources regularly sends out games or other "fun" challenges, which is appreciated, but honestly, I do not have time for them.
Due to the high level of leadership attrition, the organization is regularly shifting priorities and therefore it has been challenging to truly understand and embrace what leadership is focused. I enjoy the attitude of pursuing excellence from the current leadership team. This has been refreshing.
There is very little incentive to go above and beyond. All are asked to take on a larger workload with no compensation increases. There is an emerging attitude from management of; yes, it's crazy busy, and it will be, get your work done. Leadership needs to be thankful for the extra effort.
