I love what I do but I find it hard to come in some days to the Chaos that is Logically. Logically has massive potential to be the best MSSP in the market, however riverside strangles it by rewarding everyone so little and loses talent. If you want to keep people, pay them before they leave.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are working hard towards the goals given by our CEO and I agree it's the right direction to go in. Excited to see changes that support our clients for a better relationship.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's an open door at any time to discuss anything. Unlimited PTO is a huge help to keep a work life balance even though I don't use it as much as I should.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are amazing technicians and people. They are hard workers who care about the future of this company. They strive for excellence and want to provide the best support for customers and the systems they rely on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its hard to watch employees leave the company due to stress and being underpaid, everyone worked very hard the last few years, through a pandemic, and to come out the other side with so little a pay increase or any bonus hurts. Only reward for working hard is more work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This company is in a death spiral, been through this with multiple companies in the past and they all do the same thing with little to no results. Do the thing that stems the bleeding of good techs = Pay people more across the board. Invest in your people and Logically will survive this spiral.
