Being able to work from home is huge. Having reasonable benefits to be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle is very nice as well.

Logitech has a very standard benefits package as compared to other tech companies. The thing that I really appreciate is that no only do you get 20 paid days of PTO, you also get 4 day off a year to go volunteer.
