Poor communication; no written meeting notes, SOPs, record of decisions, etc. Everything is done in meetings, with no follow-up to ensure accountability.
Meeting culture here could be updated. Pros, we're big on remote work and video calls, which helps a lot. Cons, and this varies by team, but there are too many information sharing meetings as opposed to decision making meetings.
