It wasn't a long, drawn out process. They cut to it... phone screen, interview with boss, interview with main stakeholder, and done. Knew their decision quickly.
Somewhat challenging, but consistent with the hunt for good people. Most interviews expose candidates to several people, so everyone has a good sense of each other.
