LongHorn Steakhouse Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Im able to cover my family.

Everything is great I love my job

401k to time etc bargains from retailers

401k and health benefits were my personal favorite

Payed sick leave i dont get scheduled enough to recive the benefits, unfortunately due to over staffing.

Review from Sales Dept

I love that we have multiple options from top of the line to affordable.

Free meals every day you work, unlimited drinks while you work, free sides while you work. 50 percent off when you buy something from them and 25 percent off for up to 7 people you bring. The pay itself is also worth it, but you definitely work for it

Paying is good and fair

401K matching, stock benefits and work to life ratio

Its real cool to me

I dont get one I'm not full time

My retirement, sick pay, and anniversary pay are amazing benefits.

The business they gave me

The team that put it all together to make the compensation package possible

it's affordable & the providers are good

My health insurance and 401k

Review from Customer Success Dept

It can be adjusted per quarter

I get paid everyday and can work pretty much whenever

matching with the 401ks is amazing

I have no compensation package

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm one of the lowest paid people on their line but yet I'm being forced to work grill after 4 days of (training) where I was by myself training myself 90% of the time because they kept sending my certified trainer home to save on labor

Raising my pay would be great

Johnny Carvajal and his management team have iced me out and have suspended me without reason two times

If we had a higher hourly pay

I fair and comoationate work environment where they sint try and manipulate you

I feel pretty good about my compensation

I would feel better if i goy a settlement from the company.

Review from HR Dept

For people to actually listen to their employees

Review from Product Dept

I have witnessed favoritism and experienced lack there of by some managers. I have inquired about sick pay from 5 months ago and still haven't received it, yet seen other select employees receive their sick pay

Review from Sales Dept

No flexibility. Have to dedicate a massive amount of time to doing things that aren't even serving the people who are actually paying your bills.

The hourly wage should compensate for the days where we receive a less than decent tips and or a set tip amount for large parties.

Review from Customer Success Dept

put 2 weeks in about 3 days ago !

Review from Sales Dept

they yell at you, tell you to work faster, get mad when you ask to go to the bathroom.

I make alot if good and money for the company think I deserve at least $16 an hour or even more $20 sometimes

I now make $1 over what min wage is considered and i work too hard and put in too many years to be making entry level.

If you come and see how hard i work therr you would completely understand

I just feel that some positions do not get paid enough for their work and shouldnt be taken for granted

I feel under valued because I've made multiple complaints to management about the violations, and harassment in the work place

If I got all my money showed but I understand taxes take a lot

Review from Operations Dept

Working is a restaurant is terribly taxing on the body and mind. Poor leadership just accelerated and accentuates these downfalls.
