It makes me happy that my job is literally to make other people happy. I also get to create a positive and fun environment for team members.

I love my customer service

It's hard to be happy when the managers are negative

Just going in and having a good day

My experience with the guests

Seeing our loyal guest return and making friendships

When guests are satisfied and happy

The smiles on the guest faces leaving the restaurant. Teaching, learning and coaching.

Review from Sales Dept

Being a part of a team

Positive guest feedback, and fun and happy managers

Review from Customer Success Dept

Acheiving above average or exceptional results, and helping my team achieve the same. Also, just interacting with the people i work with. We've got a great team.

I love interacting with the guest

Helping guests have a wonderful experience and being told by my guests that my service was amazing and that they will ask for my service anytime they come back

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company's management was beyond awful. It showed clear signs of weak leadership and multiple managers often complained about it. The store manager was clearly sexist

Review from Customer Success Dept

Management needs work on communication, guidance and development of their team

By getting new management at the temecula location. Jessica is not cabable of managing

Review from HR Dept

We are out of items every day. Its embarrassing to go to tables and tell them how many things we are out of. We don't find out we are out of something until the fire is ready to go to the table

The management needs to show more respect to the kitchen, and prioritize their responsibilities

Our leadership needs to be held more accountable for their mistakes and flaws. They’re mostly a lot

Review from Sales Dept

i have been insulted and accused of lying over the smallest things as well as large accusations. i was accused of having aids and threatened with termination, as well as being told i would be the reason everyone would loose their jobs.

Review from Sales Dept

Need to be more kind

Review from Sales Dept

Need to learn to talk

Review from Sales Dept

Not much I can say about us

Everyone does bare minimum. As long as hours stay low people will do close to nothing. A few have to pick up the slack , its created a cycle that exploits a few and if that 5 hours of work isnt done in 3 hours it causes retaliation from the managing partner or the kitchen manager.

Review from Product Dept

Training books, proper management skills ,fair hours

Review from Sales Dept

Keep standards and hold people accountable.

Review from Sales Dept

customers are entitled, managers are spineless, coworkers are selfish

Review from Sales Dept

The policy is not followed until district management is brought in usually by someone other than store managers. This causes conflict when people break all the rules and a blind eye is turned.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Stop showing so much favoritism towards the employees that have been here a while.

Review from Sales Dept

Manager gets me in trouble for doing what another manager asked and reassigns me, then I'd get in trouble for that. Rinse and repeat.
