What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen and promote from within
My leaders are considerate and amicable and great at what they do. Also they really pay attention to who is really putting in the time and dedication to be promoted.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Employee retention, training employees, reasonable Employee retention, training employees, and reasonable disciplinary actions, accountability.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance and 401k which the company pays into as well.

I know them and they respect each other
We support one another and have empathy for what we are put through

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees hands down are the only positive thing
My work space is very exceptive of any needs due to culture or religion

Optimization, hourly rate and updated equipment
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was stright and to the point
I rated this positive due to employee turnover. They are so desperate for employees that streamline the process
