What would you most like to see improved at your company?Lean up the bloated "Executive" group and streamline our processes . Stop adding complexity to our already complex systems
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The more work I complete, the more tasks I am given with no recognition and no pay increase. I have taken on 2 complete other job functions in addition to my own, and have received no compensation for it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Better communication. Better treatment of employees. Recognition of hard work
