Mr. Alan Wovsaniker is Member of Lowenstein Sandler PC. He has 25 years' experience in matters involving mergers and acquisitions, business planning, securities regulation, and banking and corporate finance. In 1997, Mr. Wovsaniker successfully consolidated seven private companies into Vestcom International, Inc. and consummated the initial public offering. In 1995, he successfully consolidated 11 private companies into Consolidated Delivery and Logistics, Inc. and consummated the initial public offering.
