Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We work collaboratively with one another, and there are no egos in the group. I can share how I feel, even if others do not agree with my viewpoint. We also carve out time to get to know one another and have fun.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is fair and the firm shares the wealth. Regarding the latter, everyone at the firm received an unanticipated secondary bonus when the firm profited from a substantial contingency fee case. This was never the case at prior firms I worked with that only bonused the people who worked on the matter.

Always willing to go above and beyond to get the work done. Receptive to constructive feedback. Overall great people to work with.

Super smart attorneys who treat the administrative team with respect and value the work that we do.

I met with a large number of people, and many of the interviews were one-on-one, which is not a best practice in interviews.
