What is the best part about your compensation package?

It is fair and the firm shares the wealth. Regarding the latter, everyone at the firm received an unanticipated secondary bonus when the firm profited from a substantial contingency fee case. This was never the case at prior firms I worked with that only bonused the people who worked on the matter.
