Mr. Gary M. Wingens serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Managing of Lowenstein Sandler LLP. Mr. Wingens' transactional practice spans the areas of structured finance and mortgage finance, commercial real estate and business acquisitions and dispositions. He actively counsels clients in a wide variety of matters of significance to their business. Mr. Wingens has represented financial institutions of all sizes in the development of programs related to the acquisition, financing, warehousing and disposition of real estate related loans and other assets. He has represented buyers and sellers in hundreds of billions of dollars of mortgage and servicing related acquisitions, financing, dispositions and servicing transactions. He has broad experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, financing and leasing programs. He is committed to community service. He serves as member of the Board of Trustees of the Healthcare Foundation of New Jersey and the Council of Trustees of the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (where he serves as outside counsel).
