Executive Bio
Mr. Gary M. Wingens serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Managing of Lowenstein Sandler LLP. Mr. Wingens' transactional practice spans the areas of structured finance and mortgage finance, commercial real estate and business acquisitions and dispositions. He actively counsels clients in a wide variety of matters of significance to their business. Mr. Wingens has represented financial institutions of all sizes in the development of programs related to the acquisition, financing, warehousing and disposition of real estate related loans and other assets. He has represented buyers and sellers in hundreds of billions of dollars of mortgage and servicing related acquisitions, financing, dispositions and servicing transactions. He has broad experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, financing and leasing programs. He is committed to community service. He serves as member of the Board of Trustees of the Healthcare Foundation of New Jersey and the Council of Trustees of the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (where he serves as outside counsel). In 2008, Mr. Wingens was selected for inclusion in LawDragon's 100 Managing Partners You Need to Know. He was privileged to serves as Board President of Solomon Schechter Day School of Essex and Union from 2004 to 2006. He was selected to participate in the Wexner Heritage program's MetroWest, New Jersey 2008 cohort.
