Approaching my 28th year at LRP. Through the years my work has been rewarded with promotions and opportunities that have allowed me to keep learning new areas of the business, keeping me challenged. My manager has been an incredibly supportive mentor to me since 1993, which I try to pay forward.

I'm in my 30th year at LRP and I'm proud to have helped to build our brands into respected products that our customers rely on.

Solving customer pain points and providing them with solid products, whether it's an online service or in-person conference.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a great team oriented environment and genuinely like each other which makes our work environment very positive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work mostly remote and our scheduled days in the office we make the most of our in-person time together with group lunches and group trainings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear vision, willing to invest in technology to improve functions and stay in-step with what customers want. Want to serve our customers and help them in their jobs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Many employees have been at LRP for years and sometimes decades and you get to know people well, which results in a well-oiled machine when it comes to workflows, schedules and processes. This is a great starting point when given a new product to market, sell or produce.
