What is the best part about your compensation package?

I have a great work-life balance and my total compensation package takes care of me and my family's needs.

Working from home with flexible hours lets me accomplish more in my personal life than otherwise would ever be possible.

We have medical, dental, 401K, ESOP, and generous education and PTO benefits. The company treats humans as humans and allocates for flexibility. I personally feel I am able to do my best work.

The work-life balance. Could I make more working at Google or something? Sure. But I work from home at a rate of 30 billable hours per week, with very rare overtime and well-protected time off. They also provide a generous annual education budget and a tech expense account.
