Very political and difficult to move up. In Planning and Allocations the teams don't like to promote within and often want to keep you in your position for too long more for their convenience of not having to find a backfill.

I would say the general trajectory of the comapny.

They have a firm grasp on how to maintain momentum.

To be valued and compensated fairly when you go above and beyond for the company.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I've had 5 internal interviews and has been very awkward and repetitive. They also tend to keep you in the dark for months while you are waiting to hear back on next steps.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is very difficult to get a raise or to be paid fairly on the product team (merchandise/planning). Most other teams are newer and pay fair starting wages and increase based on merit. If you are looking to work here to make fair pay do not join the merchandise/planning teams.
