Theyre easy to talk to
Transparency with company vision and goals.
They do what they can to keep lululemon a winning brand
They want to help, and do care.
I love them and they are all so funny.
Having empathy for their employees
Understanding basic employee needs like maternity leave, base-pay and expectations, changing their benefits to match their values and actions.

hiring people who know what they are doing
Not discriminating because of age
The bonuses and stock oprions
Too many to list. There are many plush benefits. Ranging from monthly workout stipends to employee discount.
The bonus we get if we hit stretch
We have a monthly allowance for fitness activities, and our benefits package is very generous towards mental health.
Bonus and benefits, hourly incentives
Better health benefits for california
Base-pay and benefits that actually allowed me to afford my basic needs and costs of living.

It is very difficult to get a raise or to be paid fairly on the product team (merchandise/planning). Most other teams are newer and pay fair starting wages and increase based on merit. If you are looking to work here to make fair pay do not join the merchandise/planning teams.
We all get along and theyre friendly
We support each other wholeheartedly
Light hearted fun, jokes, and stories
Everyone is fun and personable, as well as being kind and open-minded
How fun they all are
Stop talking all the time and actually do the work
Stop bringing in project managers from ither departments. The people doing the work are best able to run projects and set dept. process.
Co-workers are fine. We are all just frustrated by manager
This has changed considerably from when I first began. I think there's a total disconnect between the company's objectives and the management teams objectives. This used to be a really great place to work, sadly it's not anymore.
The pretend to really care about you as a person and offer good amenities in the buildings to entice you to come more often or stay longer
The many celebrations from holidays, milestones, team accomplishments, etc. Everything is worth a celebration or a party!
The interactions with my coworkers
hope, fun, storytelling, family first
Stop the criticizing of everything the educators do, there is never any thank yous or positive feedback
Get rid if the open plan set up. Its like working in a factory.
The manager needs training on dealing with employees
Hire managers that are nin bias and qualify for the job
Make sure that all employees are treated equally.

For my interview it felt very genuine and the panel interview was very interactive with relevant stakeholders, but I have been part of interviews that the candidates have not been fairly evaluated based on friendships and nepotism.
Meeting the team was really great
The company values fun and personal growth, so they are also interested to know you as a person outside of work
Having a group interview to learn from others
Done on Zoom and remotely
Less interviews, 3 interviews is too much & a group interview for a retail job is ridiculous
Non bias and have managers other tham thw ones in thw store intervieew and make decision based on qualifications more than the interview too much room for bias
I've had 5 internal interviews and has been very awkward and repetitive. They also tend to keep you in the dark for months while you are waiting to hear back on next steps.
Helping the people who need jt
My team, the people I am responsible for their development and giviving them skills they can take on to their next job.
Supporting our employees through tough situations
my team and the perks
Collaboration with my team and the amazing people I work with
The quality has gone down hill, one customer compared it to their Shein leggings
