I've been with lululemon for 4 years. I work as a hemmer in an in-store Joinery (alterations). While I would say the environment and the benefits are not toxic and higher in quality than other places I've worked, they have a long way to go in meeting their commitment of equity and employee wellness.

Base-pay and benefits that actually allowed me to afford my basic needs and costs of living.
