- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Stop making changes to the culture every five seconds. Listen to your employees in the trenches. Stop talking in acronyms, jargon, and buzzwords. Stop assuming a level of communication without you that doesnt exist. Stop saying one thing and doing another.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel like were fighting a constant uphill battle day over day and upper management just keeps tossing more boulders down at us to dodge or deal with. The whole workforce is exhausted. We lost so many people during the pandemic that were never replaced. We all have to do more work with less time.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Sell assets and reduce headcount that doesn't help realize the stated vision. Use the cash savings to invest in the vision.
