I have been with Lurn since 2019, and I've have enjoyed working here. When I started of course everyone was nice and welcoming, but now I see them as my second family. The work environment is laid back, but challenging at the same time. I love the fact that we're not micromanaged, and the work done
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe it's the fact our CEO is always positive about the company, and the direction he sees us going in. You can't help but feel the same energy as him, and believe that we can do it and get it done!
What makes you most happy at work?
Since we've been doing more events over the last 10 months, it's been really nice to get most of the staff in the corporate office which didn't happen a lot before. The comradery and sense of togetherness is really nice to see and feel.
