My workdays at Lurn are never the same. We move at a fast pace and are responsible for a variety of different things, but thats what keeps everything so interesting. I get to work with individuals from all over the world to complete my assigned projects.

I like completing tasks on Asana and then seeing the finished courses go live in Lurn Nation.

I got to talk to a several different people within my department so I had a good sense of the company and company culture before I was hired.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Whether you work from home or in the main office, Lurn is really focused on developing a fun, inclusive company culture. Including weekly workouts, Friday football frenzy, and a book club!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with an awesome group of people from my manager to the team that I manage. All of my colleagues are motivated, hard working, and very professional in what they do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lurn works really hard to create a culture of inclusivity and positivity. We do several yearly events where employees can participate in games and training sessions. That really has helped to booster company morale and break down some of the barriers of working remotely.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think this is one of the areas that Lurn is the strongest in. One of our core principles is to only hire "A Team Players" and I think we do a really good job of it. Everyone is very motivated, competent, and always goes above and beyond to get things done.
