The leadership team is always interested in listening to feedback and implementing suggested changes. They really care about the growth of each team member.

Our team is comprised of people with different backgrounds from all over the world. There is literally at least 1 team member working at Lurn 24 hours a day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team members are very supportive and the company does a ton of cultural events. This includes Rock/Paper/Scissors company wide tournaments, Lurn Olympics where team members both locally and virtually compete against each other for fun, etc.
